Life keeps going :)

When you buy a house and it needs some aesthetic remodeling, that's doable...but when you buy a house and the electric needs to be redone...you might as well burn it down and collect the insurance! That would be way easier and a whole lot faster than trying to run/pull wires through a mess of tiny drilled out holes and mazes not even a rat could conquer!
Chad and I...ok, mainly Chad, has been working on rewiring our entire house. This has been quite a chore to say the least. We've had many weekends and week nights where I've had to dodge flying objects when patience has worn out!
However, we are making a lot of progress in this area! There is only a little bit of wiring (which will take a long time still :) ) but at least we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are now completely done including the installation of 2 new ceiling fans, one with a remote..which is another story in and of itself. I am so excited to finally have light in our bedroom. Hopefully the next room that gets such an extravagance will be the kitchen. You can work only so long with just the stove light.
However, this means that we are closer to painting and putting flooring down! I brought my camera to upload some pics of the house, however, when I plugged it into the computer...there was no battery. So hopefully next time I'll get some pictures posted!
On other terms, Nicole and I are trying to work out a time to do an Arbonne event down by my parents in New Carlisle. I am still hanging on to the Arbonne dream and one day, it is going to come true for me and I will be sure to let you all know when it does :)
Well, I'm tired and can't think of much else to post at 9:30 pm sitting at Chad's work.
The next really exciting event in our lives is a trip to Colorado in August. I will be sure to post pics of that awesome vacation :)

Oh, that stinks. It is good that Chad knows how to do it, but I'm sure its frustrating.
I can't wait to see photos of what you've done so far. :)
